SENIOR LEVEL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING COURSES

Premise: Great leadership, there is no substitute

Situation

In the next decade, as some ten thousand baby boomers retire each day, many seasoned executive leaders in the private, public and non profit sectors will exit the leadership area. This approaching turnover of leadership will occur during a time of dynamic demographic changes, relentless global competition, and demand on natural resources.
